That's right, we don't provide you with automated reports. It's our view, for example, that statistical property estimates are not yet good enough to be relied upon for most people.

Independent professional advice remans the best way to assess the value or condition of a property.

When our panellists sign up to provide services to our customers we ask that they provide us with a copy of their professional resume, and details of their qualifications and professional memberships.

So we know our panellists are reliable, experienced professionals, who have your best interests in mind when inspecting and producing your property report.
