You must also agree to our detailed terms before purchasing any of our services.

We act as an agent for you. All reports are subject to the report writers professional judgement and are professional opinion informed by experience and their inspections.

If you don't like the report contents you must take your complaint to the report writer. We are interested in problems you have with reports and report providers and will assist where possible, but we do not guarantee the report suppliers or the contents of their reports.

Refunds and replacements

If, for any reason, a report simply does not meet the product description, for example you request a pest report and receive a building report, or you request a valuation and receive a report with no actual value we will refund or replace the report.

Working with Evaluator

Suppliers who agree to provide Evaluator's customers with property reports agree to our supplier terms and conditions. They are available upon request. If you want a copy email us.

The Details

By ordering a property report through the evaluator website the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions;

Your email address that you provide when ordering a report is where completed reports are sent. It is your responsibility to make sure you enter the correct address, and that that address can receive emails from evaluator. (You should add service@evaluator.com.au to your address book.)

Cancellation of order; once an order is submitted it cannot be rescinded. If you have incorrectly specified an address contact us immediately and we will do our best to ensure the order details are updated.

We are an order facilitator and do not conduct property inspections or otherwise create the reports. We endeavour to ensure our panel of suppliers are all quality providers, insured and professionally accredited.

Evaluator does not accept liability for any damages caused as a result of decisions taken by the customer based upon the contents of reports ordered through our website, nor for the quality or content of reports provided by our panel of report providers. Evaluator does not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or connected with its website or for any products or services purchased from its website. Evaluator makes no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website except that our panel of suppliers has provided written evidence of professional accreditation and current professional indemnity insurances at the time they were added to our panel and annually after that time.

Disputes over reports - If you wish to dispute the contents of a report you must contact the report creator directly. Contact details will be on the report. If you cannot resolve your dispute Evaluator can direct you to industry bodies to which you can escalate your complaint.

Complaints about inspectors - If you have a complaint about a report provider we are interested in your feedback in the interests of ensuring our panel's reputation for quality service, but you must take your complaint directly with the report provider.
